While the Qubu Plugins undergo careful design process and thorough testing, occasional bugs may arise during intensive use. If you encounter unexpected behavior or believe you have identified a bug, kindly reach out to us via email at support@qubu.io. Your email should include:
A detailed description of the issue and how does the behavior differ from your expectations.
Screenshots depicting the unexpected behavior.
Relevant Rhino and Grasshopper files.
Information about your Qubu Ultralight version and Rhino version.
Details about your computer, including platform, operating system version, hardware configuration, and internet connection specifications.
