Qubu makes the process of designing great multi-family houses faster, more efficient and data-driven. This means a fundamental change of how architects, engineers and eventually also developers approach the creation.

In Qubu Studio, the buildings are not drawn, but defined via targets for various features. Targets are ranges of values that the final design should align with. It’s the purpose of Qubu, to propose solutions that comply with the targets best. In most cases, it’s possible to meet all the target requirements, but if it’s not, the second-best solution is proposed. You can see whether each individual metric meets the targets or misses them - and by how much. Because even if the target cannot be reached, the solution can be viable!

Qubu Studio simplifies the design process by providing smart presets for most of the targets, exposing only a few of them to the user. If this doesn’t provide enough options for your needs, let us know and we’ll assist you with adjusting the dozens of hidden settings!
